◆Distribution
System The
onshore discharging facility can be categorized as transferring the
product (s) onto road tankers and filling the product (s) into drums.
The facility can accommodate 38 units of road tankers for loading ten different products
simultaneously at any one time. The quantity of product (s) by weight
loaded onto tankers and trucks is monitored and recorded by
auto-electronic weighing machine. The capacity for transferring the
products per day exceeds 4,000 tons.
◆The
Waste-water Treatment System
There are two
ballasting water tanks, the volume of each tank is 500 cubic meters.
By separating oil from water, foaming and biooxidation, the waste
water is past through circulative oxidized treatment and discharged
when duly treated. The waste water treatment capacity is 20 cubic
meters/hour.
◆The
Monitoring System
The advanced
American monitoring control system Honeywell Micro TDC3000 is adopted
to carry out multi-dimension auto control. The inflammable gas
auto-alarm device is installed in the storage tank area, while a
remote controlled closed circuit monitoring system is used in the
wharf area.
◆The
Blowing Sweeping System
The blowing
sweeping is done through liquefied nitrogen evaporating system. The
volume of liquefied nitrogen tank is 5 cubic meters, which can store 3
tons of liquefied nitrogen.
◆The
Power Supply System
A double return
circuit 10KV power supply system is adopted. The power distribution is
done after the power is stopped down to 0.4KV. The capacity of the
transformer is 1800KVA.
◆The
Fire Fighting System
There are 8
tower-style water-foam canons, one tower-style water canon and various
extinguishers in the wharf area. In the storage tank area, there are
fixed foaming system and cooling spray system supported by two foaming
pumps and three fresh water pumps.
◆The
Laboratory System A
laboratory, well equipped with the latest analytical equipments can
provide a detailed analysis report of the storage material if so
required.
